Unfortunately due to laws and limitations with communities and hotels, it is not too common to find communities that allow month to month leases. If you do choose an option like this, you may pay much more than if you signed a 9 or12 month lease. The general rule is that for short term leases (shorter than 12 months) you will pay some kind of premium per month.
