It's easy to find a golf course in Tally. But it's a much harder task to find a great apartment to move into that's close to the course. Thankfully, RentTally.com has a convenient tool that lets you search for apartment near a certain location. To find apartment communities near Tallahassee golf courses, just type in the address of your favorite golf course and select a search range. If you want to live right down the road from the golf course, select a small search range such as two miles. But in order to save you some search time, I've done a bit of digging for you. The apartments below are all my favorite apartment communities near local golf courses.
Cottages of Magnolia is just down the road from Hilaman Golf Course in Tallahasee. This incredibly affordable golf course is owned by the city of Tallahassee and features a putting and chipping green, driving range, and 18 holes of golf. A great deal for Cottages of Magnolia residents is to buy a membership at Hilaman Golf Course. This can save you tons of money over the course of the year. Cottages of Magnolia has great features such as: 14-foot vaulted ceilings, front and back porches, walk-in closets, private bathrooms, washer and dryer and an alarm system. Signing a lease at Cottages of Magnolia means you get cable TV with premium channels, internet and trash removal included with rent.
Another apartment community to look into is Verandas at Southwood. These apartments are located near Southwood Golf Club, a nationally-known golf course that was named one of the Top 35 courses in America by Golf Magazine. Southwood Golf Club is set amongst gentle hills, pastureland and timeless oak trees. This beautiful setting makes for a relaxing, yet challenging game of golf. Verandas at Southwood is a quick drive away from this Tallahassee golf course. Venetian Villas comes with apartment features that are sure to impress, including: a balcony or patio, upgraded countertops, walk-in closets, storage space, ceiling fans, private bathrooms, alarm system, and a dishwasher. Apartments can either come furnished or non-furnished.
