There are tons of student communities in Tallahassee that allow you to rent by the bedroom therefore you may sign leases with your friends to all be together, or you may opt for random roommates which will roommate match you with others who have signed leases at that community. If you choose a community that does not do by the bedroom leases and you wish to live with roommates, you will have to sign one lease and then split the cost per month by the number of people living there. The downfall of this is that if one person fails to pay their portion all the roommates are affected. With by the bedroom leases, you are only responsible for your rent.
