The Landing comes standard with a washer and dryer in every unit, which are all four-bedroom floor plans. The apartments have a total of 1,760 square feet, and are priced at $389 per room. The washer and dryer are situated in a laundry closet by the entrance to the apartment, just across from the kitchen. This is a great location, since it hides the washer and dryer away from the living areas of the apartment.
